How much does it cost, and when is it available?: Conference room rental is $65/hour, Monday through Sunday, from 9am to 5pm (subject to availability).
Is there a minimum booking length?: Yes, there is a one-hour minimum.
How many people can the room accommodate?: The conference room seats four people, making it a good fit for small team meetings, client conversations, and collaborative work.
What equipment is included?: The room has a large whiteboard wall, a 55-inch 4K screen with Apple TV and Chromecast for sharing your screen, and comfortable seating for four people.
Is parking available nearby?: Street parking in South Park is free, with parking typically available within a block or two. You'll find Ivy Street at 2986 Ivy Street, on the corner of 30th and Ivy.
How do I arrange a rental?: Send an inquiry through our contact form. We'll get in touch about your preferred date and time, confirm availability, and arrange the details. Submitting an inquiry does not reserve the room.
What if I'm already an Ivy Street member?: The conference room is free for members. Reserve a time using our shared Google calendar. If the room isn't booked, you can use it until the next reservation.
